Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

 

PROCESSING  AND SHIPPING  TIMES 

 

Please allow 4- 8 business days for order processing and 5-10 business days for delivery depending on the location. Weekends and holidays are not included. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

maalin-activewear does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. If your package has been stolen please seek information from our Customer Service Team.

 

Order Tracking 

 

Shipping confirmations are sent out via email when your order is processed. This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. It can take up to 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active.

 

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

 

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again.  

 

LATE OR LOST ORDERS

 

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as  maalin-activewear take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address 

 

 FAULTY ITEMS

 

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact maalinactive@gmail.com  within 7 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:  

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence
