Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Maalin. Below are the terms and conditions that outline our shipping process.
1. Payment Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your payment has been authorized and verified.
After payment has been successfully processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if you contact us immediately, we will do our best to assist where possible.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time:
Please allow 4–8 business days for order processing.
Shipping Time:
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 CAD.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your tracking number
• Shipment details
• A link to the carrier website
Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Delivered Packages
Maalin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
If your package has been marked delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly
• Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Maalin is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
7. Order Cancellations
If your order was cancelled unexpectedly, it may have been flagged by our fraud prevention system.
To prevent this, please ensure that:
• Your billing address matches your payment method
• All checkout information is accurate
If you believe your order was cancelled in error, please contact us.
8. Late or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in locating your shipment.
9. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact maalinactive@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• The name of the affected item
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographic evidence
We will review the matter and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
