Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn and unused
• Tags must still be attached
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
If your order is eligible, you can request a return directly through your customer account within 10 days of delivery.
Once submitted, we will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.
Returns sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Important Notes
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maalinactive@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please:

This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
